Programming 52 weeks of the year. This Annual Strength and Conditioning programme gives you a structured training regime from off-season, through to the end of the season. Continually being updated by us the coaches, as you and other rugby players within our community progress through the rugby season.
Northern and Southern Hemisphere (Backs and Forwards). Unlike other coaching platforms, we have adapted the programmes to align with both Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere seasons, ensuring we cover all your needs – all you have to do, is select the correct one for yourself.
Weekly Leaderboards allow you to compete with others within the program, to see where you stack up on main lifts and fitness sessions – a great way of comparing your performance with other like minded athletes.
